Listening to an artist discuss their craft is inspiring. While interviewing Chris Stylez this past summer, I was able to hear about his musical goals.
Stylez and I talked for an hour by phone about his favorite artists, musical background and upcoming project, Dreamer. The final result: “Chris Stylez’ journey through urban soul” in Music is Life Magazine.

“What I’m giving is my all. That’s number one. I’m giving who I am and that’s what I feel artists have to do. It’s one thing to sing and write, but it’s another thing to have passion behind what you do. Music really means something to me, just like being a painter: It takes years to appreciate. I’m trying to do that with my music.”
